Daily progress reports, site visits, expense and advance approvals, contractor and worker records, materials, transport and leases all lived in disconnected sheets and email chains. Approvals stalled, petty cash was hard to reconcile, and no one had a live view of what was happening on site versus what was being spent.
We engineered a unified project and site operations platform: a multi-step DPR approval workflow (manage, forward comments, site visit, master approval), advance and expense reimbursement approvals, and full masters for category, materials, transport, locations, designations and quotation templates — plus cost management across staff, non-staff, clients and workers, lease and requisition handling, and a reporting suite (contractor register, petty-cash and expense categories, worker off-rate register).
Site progress, approvals and spend now run through one governed system instead of scattered files. DPRs move through review without the chase, expenses and petty cash reconcile cleanly, and management gets a real-time, auditable picture of every project, contractor and cost.
