A construction operation ran its sites, contractors and spend across spreadsheets and paper approvals. We built one platform that brought daily progress, procurement and cost control into a single accountable thread.

Challenge

Daily progress reports, site visits, expense and advance approvals, contractor and worker records, materials, transport and leases all lived in disconnected sheets and email chains. Approvals stalled, petty cash was hard to reconcile, and no one had a live view of what was happening on site versus what was being spent.

Solution

We engineered a unified project and site operations platform: a multi-step DPR approval workflow (manage, forward comments, site visit, master approval), advance and expense reimbursement approvals, and full masters for category, materials, transport, locations, designations and quotation templates — plus cost management across staff, non-staff, clients and workers, lease and requisition handling, and a reporting suite (contractor register, petty-cash and expense categories, worker off-rate register).

Outcome

Site progress, approvals and spend now run through one governed system instead of scattered files. DPRs move through review without the chase, expenses and petty cash reconcile cleanly, and management gets a real-time, auditable picture of every project, contractor and cost.

Project Cost & Procurement Control Platform

A construction and interiors business was running multi-crore projects with budgets, purchase orders, delivery challans and invoices spread across teams — with no single, live view of what each site had spent versus billed. We built one platform that tracks every rupee from budget to receivable, per project.

Challenge

Each project carried its own budget, but actual spend — material, contract, site and office — sat in separate registers, and billing lived elsewhere again. Purchase orders, delivery challans and supplier invoices were reconciled by hand, approvals queued in inboxes, and leadership couldn't see, in real time, how much of a project's budget was consumed, how much was billed, received, or still receivable.

Solution

We engineered a project-centric operations and cost-control platform. A live dashboard surfaces pending approvals, open orders, open challans and unpaid versus paid invoices at a glance. Each project rolls up budget against material, contract, site and office expense, total expense, total billed, amount received, receivable and yet-to-be-billed — with GST handled as its own line and percentage-of-budget shown on every figure. Procurement runs end to end (orders → challans → invoices), with role-based access and an approval workflow, alongside scheduling, lead CRM, task management and a reporting suite.

Outcome

Budget, spend, billing and receivables for every project now live in one governed system. Approvals, orders and challans clear without the manual chase, supplier invoices reconcile against what was actually delivered, and management can see exactly where each project stands — what's spent, what's billed and what's still to collect — without pulling a single spreadsheet.
